Wind Symphony (A3) and Symphonic Band (A2)
Symphonic Band (A2) The Symphonic Band serves as the intermediate band that participates in several concerts, festivals and performances throughout the year. It is primarily composed of sophomore students. The band has open enrollment–it is expected that students will have previous experience on an instrument. Students are required to participate in the school solo/ensemble festival in the Spring and will have several out-of-class rehearsals throughout the year. Full-year enrollment required.
Wind Symphony (A3) The Wind Symphony Class serves as the premiere concert band at Lehi High School. Students must audition to be placed in the group. Sophomores may add only upon a successful audition. They participate in several concerts, festivals and performances throughout the year. Students are required to participate in the school solo/ensemble festival in the Spring and will have several out-of-class rehearsals throughout the year in collaboration with the orchestras. Sectionals will be required during 3rd term in preparation for festivals. Full-year enrollment required.
